Horrible customer service. Rude staff members on every level. Terrible selection. Disorganized. To go into detail of my experiences would take pages,just sticking to the basics. Nothing works, as in the order online kiosks, the in store scanners to check prices, etc. I've been a "M.V.P." for several years, but sadly this is the only store in this town, so most of my Kohl's shopping is done online& sent to my home. .as even the pick up in store option has a sarcastic, hateful, facetious worker who makes even that unpleasant. I suggest NEVER GO TO THIS KOHL'S!
The manager here allowed a lady to come to the front after me and several others had been in line for over and hour. Then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't be rude and not answer her or assist her. But he could be rude and let me wait. I hate to say this but I am sure this was race related. If he as a manager cannot find a tactful way to explain to a customer that she skipped all the other customers in their line.... the he does not need to be the manager of any business!!!!

This store in Newnan, GA: It's amazing how a messy store can alter one's shopping experience. There was trash at the door of the store, trash in the shopping carts, clothes over the floor in multiple departments. I spoke with the manager and he told me all customer service reps were on the cash registers. I told him, "Well, somebody needs to get off the register and pay attention to the rest of the store". I shop often at Kohl's in my hometown (Albany) and it's always clean and inviting. Plus, there was no greeting when I entered the store and I noticed that. I did get a great deal on a winter coat...and Kohl's $$$ adds sweetness to the deal every trip.
Kohls is a great store for all your personal shopping and for gift giving. Great selections and good prices
Great prices due to discounts and coupons but took me at least 10 minutes to find the shoes due to lack of signage and staff. I am new to this store.
