Went here to check out some sunglasses. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but also the best customer service I've seen in quite awhile. Sammy was the Best! Kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Will definitely go here again.

Customer service is a joke, I ordered some shoes I never received, called customer service, Kim told me to come in and receive my refund, when I arrived she was no longer there. Some guy named Shaun who claimed he was the store Manager told me that the shoes was delivered and Dillard’s part was done and I should take my issue up with the people they used to ship the shoes which was fedex. I took it apon myself to contact the corporate office to receive the proper service I should have receive in the store, my thing is if you don’t like your profession, find another one...
