I love Publix. Great customer service
This is one of my favorite grocery stores. The deals are great! The staff, including the pharmacy, are so friendly. Overall experience? I would rate it much higher than five stars.
Service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable about the store layout. Store is always Clean. Produce is good.
The best Publix I've been to thus far. Shopping here really is a pleasure! The entire staff is so sweet and helpful with my kiddos, and my daughter looks forward to getting a cookie at the bakery while grocery shopping. Every dept is very helpful and knowledgeable and the store is always clean with carts stocked. Since shopping here I haven't stepped a foot in a Wal Mart.
Most unfriendly, unhelpful Publix I've ever been to. It wasn't always this bad. A few employees were fairly decent. Only 1 man in particular was actually kind and courteous as we all expect Publix to be. Also 1 woman at the end of checking out. She may have been upper-level. He was bagging groceries. The rest of the staff/ employees need to be trained properly in just common human decency to say the very least. NEVER RECOMMENDED! ! Go a little further, to either Newnan Crossing area Publix, or Thomas Crossroads for the genuine service and items expected. This time and THIS Publix was comparable to a Walmart.
