We had a contract on a house that Bush Real Estate Group was representing the seller which was out of state. The house had been under contract before us and has been on the market for >230 days.
When we presented the selling agent the inspection report with 24 deficiencies and only wanted 4 items corrected he became very "grumpy". He complained that he was going to have to find someone to get a quote. He asked our agent to contact the appraiser and ask if these thing needed to be fixed.
We never got anything signed from the seller saying he would or would not fix anything. Finally we backed out.
jerks, I was out of state, made me come home ASAP , said they were going to make a offer, never did. The whole thing was a joke, to get me to show the house since it just hit the market, rude joke, and the had no buyers, just there family that said , we look at all the new listings. Don't Trust
We offered full asking price.
I've worked with Bush Real Estate Group on several transactions over the last 6 or 7 years and they have always been very professional, easy to deal with and available when I really needed them. They are a great real estate firm with a bunch of talented and professional agents.
The agent seemed bothered that he was going to have to do something to earn his money. We are on the market again looking for a house. As we are looking, if we find a house that is represented by Bush Real Estate Group we will keep looking. Its not worth going through this again.
