Very nice paved park. Covered picnic areas. Play ground for kids. Walking trail.
This park is awesome. Very clean, and very safe. The employees do an outstanding job, they are considerate to people walking. I would bring my grandson there and each time we went he would have a blast. Let me not forget about the ice cream truck. Loved every minute I spent there!
Love love love this place. 2 great playgrounds for older and younger kids. The play area for small kids and toddlers uses a padded fake grass that has a little bounce to it. There's a nice but short walking trail and a splash pad. A great gem in the area. I drove 20+ mins to get there from peach tree city but it was worth the drive
This is a great park! There's a small playground near the front for younger kids, and the large "castle playground" near the back. There's also a splash pad that comes in handy when kids have been playing in summer heat. Also a long paved path, lots of trees, a few open green lawns, bathrooms, water fountains, benches, bench swings, and several pavilions (that can be reserved). Finally, there's a large (seats approx. 100 at tables) covered pavilion that I think has an attached kitchen. It's always pretty clean, and I usually see park staff on golf carts keeping an eye on everything.
I bring my kid here all the time to play. The playground in back needs some repairs to a few items but other than that it's great for my 2 year old and 9 year old. Employees do a great job keeping things clean and making sure the trash cans are not full. You can walk the path however bikes are not welcome (my only real complaint). Dogs are not welcome either which is understandable due to liability issues and people never clean up after them. Picnic shelters and barbecue areas to use but must be reserved in advance. They close at dark do keep in mind when the time changes in the winter they close much earlier than in the summer.
