This is posted for my roommate in Georgia. He has a disability where he cannot type out his case.This lawyer was very rude and spoke down to him like he was a child. During his divorce he made his time harder to deal with. This guy is very rude and he acts like he always has to be right, even to his clients! He isn't even a Doctor yet acts that way! As you see in his answers, he makes excuses and calls people names even when he is wrong, and even makes fun of one guy's reading ability. What a loser.

Professional & knowledgeable! I hired attorney Jason Smith to handle a contractual matter for me. It was the best decision I made regarding my circumstance. He was knowledgeable and resolved my issue swiftly. He was friendly and easy to work with, while his communication to the creditor I had an issue with was direct and forceful. His professionalism was exceptional and I would hire him again should the need arise.
Edit: I am from Virginia but have lived in many areas to include Fort Gordon and Kansas. The lawyer is obviously not very good with research. He must not win very much. Way to put the foot in your own mouth.
I wish I could review Jason with more than five stars! After having to drop our past attorney due to extreme incompetence and lack of communication, my husband and I were fortunate enough to stumble upon Jason Smith and his wonderful office help (I can't remember her name, but she was always so friendly and helpful). Jason was extremely affordable, which quite honestly made me nervous at first over how affordable he was. He kept us constantly in the loop and answered all questions we had. He ALWAYS returned any phone calls and/or emails within a timely matter and provided knowledgeable information. Our case was a long process and at times extremely frustrating being that it was a contested adoption, but Jason stuck with us, always reassuring we would be successful in the long run, and he was right! I honestly do not have enough wonderful things to say about Jason Smith. He is extremely professional but also laid back enough to make you feel comfortable and at ease.I would HIGHLY recommend Jason and his staff. Jason is by far the most professional and competent lawyer I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Jason was able to handle a contested adoption case for my wife and I. The case took a little over two years, in which time Jason was in constant communication. He was extremely knowledgeable on all laws pertaining to the matter. Through constant communication Jason could ease our worries and keep us informed on the latest updates. I see a ton of 1 star reviews on this page, I am going to have to take a guess that they are fake. Jason was incredible generous helping my wife and I with the billing and fee aspect of the adoption (that goes to say that he does care about his clients). Jason was able to give advice to every hearing (which his advice was correct, he is the professional). Jason is incredible knowledgeable about the entire process for family law.
