Besides the manager the people are GREAT! However....if there is an issue and you have to call the 800 number be prepared for a runaround the likes of which will stagger your imagination. In a nutshell I was told because of many issues going on with my engagement ring it would be replaced at no charge to me. Would take 35 days. 40 days later I was told I wasn't getting a new ring and "since I wasn't the person you talked to I can't help you but I left a message with that person and they will call you back". I asked when and this is word for word when I quote, "I have no idea ma'am. When she gets a chance".

I brought 15 watches in for battery replacement. At first all the staff was great and very helpful. I asked for a break in price bcs of the amount of watches being worked on. When I came to pick them up they said they didn't have the correct tools and only got 4 out of 15 complete. They showed me way and I was understanding. No big deal. So when it came time to ring me up for the 4 that were done the manger was so rude and said I'm not giving you any deals on only 4 repairs. I said well them maybe you should of called me before you performed any work. Steve the manager should fired bcs his attitude sucks! Who knows how many other people he try to talks down to on a daily basis. Now I just went to Jared Jewelers across the street and they looked At all of them and said we can take care of all of these with no problem. So leasson learned here is just go to Jareds.
