Manager is rude as well as part of the female staffing. Check your electronics before you leave the store. I had to return one item 3 times and finally told them to cancel my account. Will never purchase another item from THIS store. Plus the item was found in Best Buy $110 cheaper.
Great furniture! Just expansive..
The furniture is fine. The delivery guys, however, were not. They were "unable" to get the couch into the living room after almost 30 minutes of trying. My husband sent them away. He (46 years old) and I (a 35 year old woman) managed to get it into the living room in less than 5 minutes. We know this house, the delivery guys simply failed to listen to us about the best way to maneuver the couch into the living room. I won't even mention how long it took between buying and delivery. It would have been better to rent a U-haul for an hour and do the whole thing ourselves (since we did the hardest part ourselves anyway).
COUSTMER SERVICE SUCKED FROM DAY 1 WE WALKED AROUND FOR 30 MIN BEFORE WE GOT ANY HELP WE BOUGHT A SECTIONAL SOFA FROM THEM BIG MISTAKE THE DELIVERY GUYS BROUGHT IT OUT WHEN MY WIFE WAS HOME I WAS NOT HOME I GET HOME AND LOOK OVER THE SOFA AND FOUND THAT IT WAS TORN SO WE GOT IT REPLACED FOR THE SECOUND TIME THE SECOUND ONE CAME OUT THEY DELIVERED IT IT WAS BROKEN THE THIRD SOFA CAME OUT IT WAS BROKEN THE FOURTH SOFA CAME OUT ITS BROKEN NOW ME AND MY WIFE COME TO THE COCULISON THAT WE WANT A DIFFERENT STYLE SOFA SO WE GO TO BADCOCK IN NEWAN TO GET IT REPLACED TO FIND OUT THAT WE HAVE TO PAY A DOWN PAYMENT TO GET THE NEW SOFA WHICH I DONT THINK IS RIGHT BECAUSE THERE PROUDUCT FAILED I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHIG ELSE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM
Extremely disappointed. I was just there for probably 30 minutes looking at refrigerators and left because no one spoke to me. Would've been nice to have been helped because I did have some questions and was wanting to purchase items for multiple rooms. Guess I will go elsewhere.
