This is the worst bank I have ever been to. The wait time is awful. There is usually two employees standing in the lobby asking can they help, but never can help with anything. The line is always out of the door. They never have enough tellers. More tellers should be hired and a drive through should be opened to improve customer wait times.
This is my bank and I love it. The people are very friendly and beautiful.
They closed the drive up teller windows so they could have more tellers inside. Then let go several tellers so they could keep up the same wait times. They also got rid of the TV so you couldn't catch up on the news while waiting in said line.
Safe, high-visibility ATMs next to a 24hr McDonald's but touch screens register incorrectly (push above what you want). Also received great service inside over the last three decades.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Waited 30+ mins to do a deposit recently. I know its not the poor tellers fault that Bank of America chooses to have one person working behind the counter but it is ridiculous. Need to use their restoroom? Too bad. Need to throw a piece of trash away? too bad- I am serious- I was told I could not throw a small piece of paper away. Nickel and Dimed to death. Why do people put up with it? I just moved my business and personal accounts across the street to United Bank and it is awesome! Never a wait and they actually let you use their bathroom. They randomly have lunch for you and you actually feel like they care.
